Your EU OSS VAT return, prepared from your store’s orders

Shopify shows the VAT you collected per country, but not the taxable sales your One Stop Shop return needs. Ossly reads your orders and refunds and prepares the figures for each quarter, ready to check and file.

• Per country and rate. Taxable amount and VAT for every EU country you sell to, at each VAT rate, in euros.
• Refunds handled. Refunds follow each country’s rule, as corrections to earlier quarters where required, and negative country balances are never offset against other countries.
• Audit trail. Download the return as CSV or Excel, plus an order-by-order file showing exactly which orders and refunds make up each figure.
• Read-only and EU-hosted. Ossly never changes your store. Data is stored in Frankfurt and kept only as long as needed.
